Every coffee has a story. Ours begins in the misty mountains of Planadas, Tolima — Colombia, where our journey as artisan coffee roasters takes root, and ends in your cup. We roast freshly roasted coffee slowly and deliberately — guided by sound, smell, and experience — never automation. This approach protects the natural sweetness, gentle brightness, and clarity of flavor that Colombian coffee is known for. What you’re holding is more than just coffee; it’s a bridge from origin to cup, crafted from specialty coffee beans.
