2. Use of Our Website

By accessing this website, you confirm that:

3. Product Information

We roast and package our coffee with great care. Product images, descriptions, and tasting notes are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from batch to batch due to natural differences in origin and roast.
All weights refer to net roasted weight at the time of packaging.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway.
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

5. Delivery

  • UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
  • For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds

As a food product, roasted coffee cannot be returned once opened unless faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@origenza.com with your order number and photo evidence.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Sustainability & Traceability

Every Origenza Café product is part of our traceable “Origin from Z to A” system.
We are committed to transparency — all coffees can be traced to their origin farm, including certification details where applicable (e.g., Carbon Neutral, Organic, or Rainforest Alliance).

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, packaging, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Origenza™.
Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
  • Any allergy or sensitivity reactions unless the product was incorrectly labelled.
    Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Return and Refund Policy

At Origenza Café, we take great care in roasting, packing, and delivering every product to ensure you enjoy the best possible experience.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • The item is sent using a signed-for postal service to ensure safe delivery.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags or any product that has been used or handled in a way that prevents resale.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@origenza.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  3. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  4. Pack your item securely and send it using a tracked and signed-for postal service.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels sent without tracking.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@origenza.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) as appropriate.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted product following the process above and place a new order.
